Ending homelessness is a community effort with a role for everyone — property owners, funders, providers, leaders, people with lived experience, and neighbors. Here’s how to plug in, and a single form if you’re not sure where you fit.
Rent to a household exiting homelessness. Rent on time and in full, a real person on the phone, and shared risk — backed by damage coverage and vacancy protection. The single most important lever in the whole framework is a unit.
Join the landlord networkContribute to the $5M community investment campaign, or align grants to the framework’s populations and operational functions. Private investment provides the agility public funding cycles can’t — acting on opportunities the moment they open.
Back the campaignJoin the Lived Experience Advisory Group and shape system design, decisions, and accountability. Whether the framework works for the people it’s built to serve is its single most important measure of success.
